 हे कोकणातील अगदी सुप्रसिद्ध काजू गर, त्याची रस्सा भाजी किंवा सुखी भाजी अगदी चमचमीत होते. बहुतेक सगळ्यांची आवडती अशी ही भाजी, करताना मात्र थोडी क्लीष्ट वाटते, कारण काजूगर सालीपासून वेगळे करण्यासाठी फार वेळ लागतो. तसेच त्यांचा चीक हाताला लागून खाज वगैरे येऊ शकते. पण इथे आपण हे काजू गरम पाण्यात टाकून ५ मिनिटे वाफवून घेतोय. त्यामुळे वेळ सुद्धा वाचतो आणि चीक सुद्धा निघून जातो. काजू अगदी सहज
