एग फ्राइड राइस रेसिपी

साहित्य-बासमती किवा कोणताही तांदुळ १ वाटी धुवून अर्धा चमचा मिठ घालुन व्यवस्थित शिजवुन घ्यावा,शिमला मिरची, गाजर , पत्ताकोबी , कांदा हिरवी पात व सफेद भाग वेगवेगळा या धुवून बारिक चिरलेल्या भाज्या प्रत्येकी १/ ४ वाटी.अदरक-लसुन का पेस्ट - १ चमचा,  हिरवी तिखट मिरची ४,  काळीमीरी पावडर १ चमचा.अंडी २, मीठ १ चमचा , तेल ४ चमचे. चिली सॉस , टोमैटो सॉस , सोया सॉस , प्रत्येकी  १/२ छोटा चमचा.

बटाटा वडा रेसिपी

साहित्य:पाव किलो बटाटे.बेसन २ कप.४-५ हिरव्या मिरच्या, ५ लसूण पाकळ्या, एक इंच आल्याचा तुकडा, मुठभर कोथिंबीर धुवून बारिक चिरुन,  ४-५ कढीपत्ता पाने धुवून,चिमुटभर मोहरी आणि चिमुटभर हळद , थोड हींग, १ चमचा मिठ.कृती:पाव किलो बटाटे स्वच्छ धुवून, उकडुन घ्यावे.  हाताने थोडे हलकेच कुस्करुन घ्यावे. अतिशय बारिक करु नये. वेज मोमोज आणि चटणी

चटणीसाठी साहित्य व कृती :२ टोमॅटो आणि ४ सुक्या लाल मिरच्या हे दोन्ही थोडे पाणी घालुन कुकरला १ शिट्टी काढुन शिजवुन घ्या.  टोमॅटो वरची साल काढुन, टोमॅटोमिरची, २-३ लसुन पाकळ्या आणि तेवढेच आद्रक एकत्र मिस्करला वाटुन घा. १ टिस्पुन साखर, थोडे मिठ, १ टिस्पुन लिंबूरस, २ टिस्पुन तेल.-  गरम तेलामध्ये आद्रक-लसुन, टोमॅटो-मिरची मिश्रण, साखर, मिठ, लिंबूरस सर्व पाच मिनिट शिजवा.चटणी तयार आहे.

साहित्य:२.५ वाट्या ओट्स१/२ वाटी तूप किंवा Almond/Peanut/Mix Nuts Butter१/२ वाटी मध किंवा मेपल सिरप किंवा आगावे स्वीटनरचिमूटभर मीठकृतीसगळं नुसतंच हाताने एकत्र करुन (किंवा फुड प्रोसेसरमधून काढणे) पसरट भाड्यांत थापणे. साधारण एक तास फ्रिजमध्ये किंवा बाहेर ठेवावं. नंतर पाहिजे त्या आकारात वड्या कापाव्यात.टिप: ओट्स आधी घालून इतर घटक हळूहळू एकत्र केले तर पाहिजे तसं प्रमाण कमी जास्त करता येईल.
