कैरीऐवजी ॲपल सॉस वापरलं आहे हे मुद्दाम सांगितल्याशिवाय या पन्ह्यात  कळत नाहीॲपल सॉस स्लो कुकरमध्ये किंवा गॅसवर ३० मिनिटं मध्यम आचेवर उकळा. अधून मधून ढवळायला विसरु नका. साधारण बाजूने तपकिरी रंग दिसायला लागला की गॅस बंद करा. एक चमचा वेलची पावडर, चवीपुरतं मीठ, लिंबाचा रस दोन तीन चमचे, दोन चमचे साखर आणि तुम्हाला जितकं  पन्हं पातळ पाहिजे त्या प्रमाणाने  पाणी घाला. गार झाल
