तांदूळ आणि मिश्र डाळीपासून बनवलेले हे वडे आमच्या कोकणाची जान आहे.  कोंबडीची सागुती/रस्सा आणि हे वडे हि कॉम्बो डीश "कोंबडी वडे " म्हणून प्रसिध्द आहे.हे वडे संपूर्ण कोकणात बनवले जातात पण हे "मालवणी वडे " म्हणून पण ओळखले जातात. हे वडे कोंबडीचा रस्सा, मटणाचा रस्सा किंव्हा काळ्या वाटण्याचा रस्सा यासोबत खाल्ले जातात. तुम्हाला एक गम्मत सांगू का ………चहसोबत पण मस्त लागतात. आणि करता करतानाच किती संपतात.
